Martin Crilly Chairman of the IDS Media Group and Managing Director of the IDS Market Research. Previously with the Ford Motor Company, GM and Nortel, Martin is an Information Systems Graduate of the University of Ulster and a Management Graduate of Harlow Business School. Martin is a board member of the Irish Direct Marketing Association, the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and the Princes' Youth Business Trust. Martin is also visiting lecturer on Marketing and Entrepreneurship at several colleges and universities. He has spoken widely on Marketing especially it's use in the SME sector.

Derek Quinn Head of Market Research for IDS. Previously involved in Market Research with BDO Simpson Xavier, OCEAN Communications, Esat Telecom, MRC, and Focus Ireland. Graduated with a BSc in Management Science (DIT & TCD) and a MBS from the Michael Smurfit College (UCD). Received a 1.1 for his thesis on the use of the SERVQUAL model in researching perceptions of service quality, an abstract from this thesis was published.

Raymond Brown Operations Director of the Group. Previously Sales & Marketing Director of the Automobile Association, as well as Field Sales Force director with Brann Ellert and Apex . A Graduate of the University of Nottingham and an MBA from the University of Ulster.

Patricia Allen Marketing Director of the Group. Previously involved in Marketing of Microsoft, AT&T and Oracle. A business graduate of the University of Southern California, Patricia worked in Germany before relocating to Ireland.

Una McGivern Contact Centre Manager for the Group, Una has been with IDS for 3 years. Prior to this she had been involved in Retail Management for a National chain. Managing up to 120 staff, who can be deployed on a variety of inbound and outbound projects at any one time, Una uses her organisational and people handling skills to create a professional and effective environment. Educated locally, she has furthered her career with diplomas in Call Centre Management and Business Studies.
